Yorkshire Concept becomes Venturefest Yorkshire Sponsor 2010
Yorkshire Concept is pleased to announce that is has agreed to be a silver sponsor for venturefest Yorkshire 2010, the region's largest annual event focussing on developing relationships with entrepreneurs and investors in the knowledge, technology and innovation sectors. With around 2,000 delegates, over 40 commercial exhibitors, world class speakers and a high level of regional and national press coverage, this represents a great opportunity for the higher education institutions and the Food and Environment Research Agency, who have recently joined the Fund partnership; to profile the commercial prospects of their science and knowledge based projects supported by the Yorkshire Concept Fund. On the day the Fund will showcase around 30 of its propositions in the university showcase staff area, demonstrating the commercial potential of a wide range of science, technology and knowledge propositions from the region's higher education and research sector.
